Dearborn411 (dearborn411.com) is operated by Dearborn 411 LLC, Dearborn, Michigan (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a listing you agree to these terms.

1. What a listing is

A listing is a page on dearborn411.com about your business — photos, popular items, menu or services, hours, contact details and visitor reviews — that we build from the link, photos and information you give us. Dearborn411 is an independent local directory. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Dearborn or any government agency.

2. Plans and payment

• Monthly — $39 per month. You’re charged $39 when you sign up and $39 every month after on the same day, until you cancel. There is no free trial.
• One time — $699. One payment. Your listing stays up for as long as Dearborn411 operates its directory and your business is open, subject to section 7.
• Exclusive — $2,999 one time. Everything in the One time plan, and yours is the only paid listing in your category on Dearborn411 while your listing is active. Exclusive is only available when no other business is listed in that category. Categories are the ones shown on our sign-up page; “exclusive” applies to Dearborn411 only, not to other websites.
• Pay in person. You can book a visit instead of paying online. We take payment at the visit (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash), and the 3-day setup starts once you’ve paid. If you pay the monthly plan in cash, you’ll pay each month in person or add a card later.
• Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number. By signing up you authorize us to keep your card on file for your plan and for extra edits you approve.

3. Setup

We aim to publish your page within 3 days of sign-up. If we need photos or details we can’t get from your link, the 3 days start once we have them. Changes you ask for before your page first goes live are included.

4. Edits

• Once your page is live, you get one free edit per calendar month. Unused free edits don’t roll over.
• You can make an edit yourself: sign in to your owner account and use Edit your page. Your first save opens a 24-hour editing window. Every change you save in that window counts as one edit. Or send us one request describing your changes and we’ll make them for you. That request also counts as one edit.
• Extra edits in the same month are $29 each. We show you the charge and you approve it before your card is charged.
• Changes you make yourself go live right away. Changes you ask us to make are usually done within 2 business days.

5. Canceling (monthly plan)

Cancel anytime from your owner account at dearborn411.com/account, by email to dearbornonline@gmail.com, or by calling 313-247-8232. You won’t be charged again. Your page stays up until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then comes down. We don’t give partial-month refunds.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos, logos, menus and text. You give us permission to use them to build and show your listing and to feature it on Dearborn411. You confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that your prices and claims are accurate. We may edit your copy for length and clarity.

7. Reviews

Reviews come from Dearborn411 visitors and appear right away. Reviews that contain links are held until we check them. We don’t write reviews, and businesses can’t pay to add, remove or change them. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or share personal information. Owners can reply to reviews by contacting us.

8. Removing a listing

We may remove or refuse a listing that is illegal, misleading, infringes someone else’s rights, or that harasses others. If we remove a one-time listing for reasons other than a violation of these terms, we’ll refund a share of the $699 for the time remaining in its first 24 months.

9. No guarantees

We work to bring visitors to Dearborn411 but we don’t guarantee any number of views, calls or customers. The site is provided “as is”. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

If we change prices or these terms, we’ll email current customers at least 30 days before the change affects them. Michigan law applies.
